Private Leadership Mentorship for Women Survivors of Cancer

 Moving Beyond Cancer™

When Being Able to Do the Work Isn't the Whole Story

You may still be performing at a high level after cancer—but maintaining that performance may take more effort, energy, and recovery than it once did.

And when work requires more of you just to keep up, the cost doesn't always show up at work. It may show up in the rest of your life—in your energy, your relationships, your health, and how much of yourself you have left when the workday is over.

That is why Moving Beyond Cancer™ exists.

To help you understand what maintaining your professional life is requiring from you—and make deliberate choices about what deserves your capacity now.

The Moving Beyond Cancer™ Framework

Recognize

What has changed?

Identify where work now requires more effort, where you may be compensating, and what has become harder to sustain.

Understand

What is it costing you?

Look at where the demands of your professional life are consuming more of your available capacity—and where the personal cost is showing up.

Clarify

What matters now?

Consider what you want from your professional life after cancer, what matters outside of work, and what deserves your time and capacity now.

Choose

What will you do with what you know?

Make deliberate decisions about what you want to continue, prioritize, change, protect, or let go.

It's Your Decision

Moving Beyond Cancer™ isn't about telling you to work less, lower your ambitions, or walk away from what you've built.

It's about making sure that what you can still do isn't the only factor determining what you continue to do.

Your career matters. So does the life you want outside of it.

Moving Beyond Cancer™ helps you make decisions with both in view.

The Framework

Moving Beyond Cancer™

A Leadership Framework For Women

Cancer changes more than your health. It changes your relationship with time, priorities, confidence, and what matters most.

The Moving Beyond Cancer™ Framework helps accomplished women rebuild self-trust, make confident decisions, and move forward with greater clarity after cancer.

Moving Beyond Cancer™ Private Mentorship

A 12-Week Private Engagement

For professional women navigating cancer who want to apply the Moving Beyond Cancer™ Framework to the realities of their own professional lives.

What's Included

One 90-minute initial session

We identify what has changed, where you may be compensating, and where the greatest demands on your available capacity are occurring.

Five 60-minute private sessions

Spaced across 12 weeks so we can work with what is actually happening as you make decisions and begin doing things differently.

MBC Weekly Reflection

A brief structured reflection between sessions helps you notice patterns that can otherwise be difficult to see when you're focused on keeping up:

  • What required more of me this week?
  • Where did I compensate?
  • Where did the cost show up?
  • What did I choose differently?

Your observations help guide our next private session.

Why 12 Weeks?

Because recognizing what has changed is only the beginning.

The time between sessions allows you to observe what is happening in real life, make deliberate choices, and see what happens before deciding what you want to carry forward.

The goal isn't to do less. It's to make sure the professional life you continue to build is worth what it requires from you.

Investment

$3,500

The 12-week engagement includes six private sessions and the MBC Weekly Reflection process.
